Where We Ship
We ship to all areas within New Zealand, including rural addresses. At this stage we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs
We keep our shipping simple and straightforward:
- Flat rate shipping: $15.00 on all orders
- Free shipping on orders over $250.00
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are dispatched via NZ Couriers. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Urban areas: 1–2 business days
- Rural areas: 3–4 business days
Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including public holidays, weather events, or courier delays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays). Orders placed are usually shipped the following morning, over the weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use these to monitor your delivery through the NZ Couriers website.
Rural Delivery
We do ship to rural addresses, however please be aware that rural deliveries may take longer than the standard timeframes above. If you are unsure whether your address is classified as rural, we recommend checking at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vacpack.co.nz or call us on +64 (9) 443 6301. We will work with NZ Couriers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
