Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, or any other policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Please note that the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply where goods are purchased for business use. Commercial customers should refer to our Terms of Service for applicable terms.
