Vacpacks 100micron Vacuum sealer bags are multi-layer, sous vide grade, food safe vacuum bags. Thicker vacuum bags for bone in or sharper products.
Our 100micron Vacuum bags can also be used to ‘cook in’. Cook your meat, poultry etc in the oven for up to 1 hour at 100°C or boiling water for up to 1 hour.

The process of vacuum packaging removes the air out of the pack and seals it so no air can get back in and ruin the food. This results in a much longer shelf life and if freezing, you dramatically reduce the impact the freezer has on products while preserving the taste.
Removing oxygen also dramatically reduces the growth of mold, bacteria, and yeast, all which need oxygen to grow and reproduce.
